By visiting our restaurant, making a reservation, booking an event with us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. General Use
All content on this website — including text, images, menus, logos and graphics — is the property of Lal Miri Restaurant and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
2. Reservations
Table reservations made by phone or through our website are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. We recommend arriving within 15 minutes of your reserved time, as tables not claimed within this window may be reassigned to walk-in guests. Lal Miri reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
3. Banquet & Event Bookings
Bookings for birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, corporate gatherings and other events are subject to a separate agreement covering date, guest count, menu selection and pricing. A confirmation and, where applicable, an advance payment or token amount may be required to secure the booking. Final guest count and menu changes must be communicated to our team at least 48 hours prior to the event, and additional charges may apply for changes made after this period.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Table reservations may be cancelled free of charge by informing us in advance.
- Banquet and event bookings cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation charge, as communicated at the time of booking.
- Any advance payment or token amount paid towards an event booking is generally non-refundable, except where the cancellation is initiated by Lal Miri Restaurant.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original mode of payment.
5. Payments
We accept payments through cash, major debit and credit cards, and UPI, subject to availability at the time of billing. Prices listed on our menu are subject to change without prior notice, and applicable taxes and service charges, if any, will be added at the time of billing as per prevailing government regulations.
6. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take reasonable care in preparing our dishes, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment and ingredients. Guests with food allergies or specific dietary requirements are requested to inform our staff before placing an order, so that we may guide them accordingly. Lal Miri Restaurant shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction or adverse effect arising from undisclosed allergies.
7. Conduct on Premises
We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable dining environment for all guests and staff. Lal Miri Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or request any guest to leave the premises in cases of disorderly, abusive or unsafe behaviour, without any obligation for a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lal Miri Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, website or premises, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
